  • Differenciate wine varietals and some of their distinct caracteristics
  • To sell wine, beer and cocktails with confidence and more ease
  • To offer a more complete experience to your guests when they visit your establishment

  • How wine, beer and liquor is produced
  • Wine producing countries, most common varietals and their caracteristics
  • Types of beer and some food pairings for each
  • What is a vodka, gin, rhum, tequila, rye, whiskey, scotch, bourbon, aperitifs, digestifs, etc.
  • Cocktail basics and how to sell a proper martini
  • Basic pairings with food and wine
  • Specific suggestions exemples with your restaurant food menu and cocktails, wine and beer offering
  • How to sell more and impress your guests
